So I am looking at purchasing a trailer, I know things happen and the most important thing is that the company/dealer/manufacture communicate. Looking at BBB, at least they are responding, maybe not respectfully but others flat out are ignored. The problem seems to be that the warranty is you bring it to their factory? Not very good for a company wanting to do business across the US. Just my thoughts.

My Freedom Trailer from 2014 had better build quality than my 2021. The fit and finish is entirely different. I have tried to contact them regarding parts and trim, nobody takes the call or returns my voicemail messages. I use this as a mobile showroom. This trailer seems to be wearing way too fast. I’m obviously getting too much frame flex. I will have to try another brand on my next unit.

Yeah, I have a similar horror story. Freedom Trailers have no integrity or pride in their work. If you take off the walls, you might be horrified at the welds. You've probably had the studs break off.

That trail looks fun af. That’s not rock crawling though, just a rocky trail. Still, great to see some Grenadiers on a legit trail. Just needs an aftermarket company to come up with a lift and 35s and a disconnectable sway bar. I hope to see these on the trails out east this year. Have fun with it. 🤙

DANG IT!!! That was pretty mean you guys. LMAO!!! 🤣🤣 When the sound went off at the beginning of the video, I thought it was my equipment so I started messing with the volume. Well…🤨…. The volume was up just a liiiiiiittle too high and when the sound came back on I thought for sure I dropped a few marbles in my boxer shorts while I was jumping out of my boots. Scared the SH*T out of me!!!😵🤣
